PAYMENT
My session rate is $175 per 50 minute session. Although I am not contracted with insurance companies, I will do my best to make working together possible, through advocating for a single case agreement, using your out of network benefits, or sliding scale payment.
I also accept Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) as payment.
I offer courtesy billing for clients who wish to use their out of network benefits and get reimbursed for my services. I understand that insurance plans can be confusing and frustrating at times. I am happy to help you determine your out of network benefits, assist with filing claims and answer any questions.
INSURANCE:
I do not accept insurance and am considered an “out of network provider”. I take your time and financial investment seriously, and being an OON provider allows me to spend more time researching, gathering resources, and investing in clinical training to best serve you.
With PPO insurance plans, you may be reimbursed in full or in part. I can provide you with a monthly superbill to give to your insurer. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:
Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?
Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What percentage of the fee do you cover?
CANCELATION POLICY
I kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session, except in the case of emergencies. In the event of an unavoidable conflict, we may be able to make other arrangements to avoid the cancelation fee.
